Itjen Goes to Campus

Last week, I had the chance to participate in Itjen Goes to Campus and return to my alma mater, PKN STAN. This time, I was there not as a lecturer, but as a facilitator helping introduce the Inspectorate General to the students.

During the event, I shared my journey studying at PKN STAN and my career path following graduation. I also enjoyed hearing from the students about their current experiences and their expectations for the future.

We had an engaging discussion on the role of the Inspectorate General in safeguarding the national budget, particularly regarding customs and excise. I also shared insights from my background in investigations, discussing a few real-world cases I’ve encountered along the way.

Finally, we dove into a meaningful conversation about integrity, workplace dilemmas, and how remaining true to our values serves as a guiding light throughout our careers. We emphasized a key message for the students: "Jaga Dirimu, Jaga Keluargamu, dan Jaga Teman-Temanmu." At its core, this is a reminder to remain vigilant about integrity and to continuously keep one another accountable.

I can’t wait to be back lecturing at PKN STAN again soon!
